I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel near Lake Atitlan, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This place is located in a stunning location, surrounded by volcanoes and offering breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. From the comfort of my spacious room, I could see three volcanoes, creating a truly picturesque scene. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a memorable stay. The chef, Jerry, was outstanding, catering to my picky kids and even surprising us with homemade birthday cakes. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. I felt like a guest in their private home, and that level of hospitality made our stay truly special.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel boasts a picturesque location amid breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Guests can relish the tranquil and secluded environment, making it an ideal place to unwind and appreciate nature's beauty. You can enjoy various facilities that will make your stay comfortable, including spacious, comfortable rooms, and a restaurant with delicious food. the hotel's service is also outstanding, offering a private boat tour and personal hiking tour of the organic gardens.

The hotel can be challenging to access, as it is only accessible by boat, which is not very convenient for some guests who prefer an easy-to-reach location.

The view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff were very accommodating whenever we needed anything. The hot tub was a great way to relax and the location was perfect for exploring different towns around the area.

Our New Year's Eve celebration was ruined by the loud noises coming from the nearby village and the surrounding areas. We were expecting a peaceful and quiet evening, but we were not able to sleep at all due to the noise.

Stunning location with breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes from the balcony. The hotel provides a boat service enabling exploration of other towns around the lake. The staff is exceptional, accommodating and friendly. The villa we stayed in boasts beautiful decoration and ample natural light.

Nothing to dislike.

Great retreat for unwinding and soul searching. Water & volcano views from the balcony are breathtaking. You can explore local towns around the area. the small pool & hot tub are perfect for relaxing, as well as the eucalyptus steam hut. the staff is awesome and will arrange boat transport for you. They also have affordable kayaking and jet ski fun.

The steps to higher villas may be a little steep, so having a room on the lower floor may be more convenient. the property is only accessible by boat, which is both good and bad: great for isolation, but bad for being able to walk around the area without any transport.
